AMOPROC - Mozambican Association for the Promotion of the Citizenship, formerly denominated AMOREPESO - Mozambican Association for the Reintegration Social and Research, it is an organization of national character, without lucrative ends, that it was constituted juridically in 1995, it is majority constituted by teachers, students and the communities' members, in the voluntary base, with experience in the implementation of programs that they seek to promote actions to elevate the degree of the participation of the citizenship. Actually counts with 20 member’s founders and 64 associated.

The actuaries activities of AMOPROC occur of their strategic plan 2003-2008, whose the fundamental pillar binds in the creation of a new platform and vision, as an open space, multicultural and participative of the civil society where she will unchain the implementation of conscience programs, education and legislation popularization, accompanied of formation and technical support to promote citizenship actions using participative tools and of social legal profession to improve the government in Mozambique face the participation of the society civil. For such, AMOPROC intends to promote the honesty, democracy, participation and social justice, where children, Women and Men have the opportunity to live a worthy life through the challenges that we mentioned to proceed, taking in consideration the gender:

» Reduction of the impact of HIV/SIDA;
» Respect to the Human Rights and access the justice;
» To assure and to preserve the autarkical and presidential Government;
» Decrease of the corruption.

AMOPROC is positioned as an organization that seeks to consolidate the Democracy and to promote the Social Justice with involvement of a larger one numbers possible of citizens, using participative tools and of Social Legal profession in the context Local, National and Regional.

AMOPROC insists with excellence in the activities accomplishment that they promote citizenship actions using tools participative and of Social Legal profession, fundamentally in the promotion of the Democracy, Equality and Social Justice without discrimination, being affirmed as an Institution of Reference Local, National and Regional.
